家乡的味道





这几天,我很想吃一种我们兴化人吃的面,叫着(打面)另一种称号叫滷面,你如有到莆田菜馆去,一定要点这一道面,我很喜欢它的味道,我在巴刹有看到这种面,但小贩说这叫手工拉面,看颜色、面的细度都很相似,所以我就买一包回来试着炒,我准备了鸡汤、虾、鱼饼切片,应该要用白菜,但我忘了买,所以用高丽菜,其实如果用蛤蜊来熬汤,味道会更鲜甜,但我是改良版的,也没用猪肉片,只下我要吃的材料,所以炒出的打面,味道没有这么传统,味道也差了一点,幸亏我有熬一锅鱼片、豆腐咸菜汤,鱼片很新鲜,汤头很甜,至少没有这样失望!所以我觉得煮菜和做任何事一样,不能偷工减料,要依照次序,才能成功。
