西洋菜汤与烧卖
前几天买了一块后腿肉,本来想做五香肉卷,但食材不齐全,所以只好拿来做烧卖。烧卖的做法简易,又不油腻,食材只有三样:猪肉末、虾、云吞皮。有些时候煮晚餐我都喜欢煮简单的,例如煮一些鱼汤、酿豆付汤、菜心旦花汤,再配上一碗白饭,就ok了。孩子们也很喜欢这样的吃法,我也很乐意这样的煮法,这就是所谓的两全其美。今晚蒸了一大盆的烧卖,再煮了一小锅的南北杏红枣西洋菜汤,全家都吃得很开心。
