葡萄干面包
从冰箱把前一天做面包有剩余的面团拿来做成葡萄干面包。有了这一次经验,我以后会先打好面团放入冰箱冷藏,因为真的很方便,我之前以为打好的面团,必须要在一天内完成。现在发现隔夜的面团做成的面包,口感也很好,又松软,因为每次做太多的面包,吃一,两天都吃不完,又不新鲜。现在只要吃几粒面包,就烘几粒,非常的新鲜。
