香菇红罗卜焖腐皮卷
这一道焖付皮卷是我的兄弟姐妹们最喜欢的菜肴,把付皮卷焖得又软又入味,再配上白粥或白饭,真的是好吃。不论煮得再多,也会吃到清光。巴刹卖的付皮卷一包$2.40,但是可以吃八或九人,非常的经济又有营养。我把之前煮剩下几片的付皮卷煎香后切成小段,再加上香菇和红罗卜片、蚝油、酱青、糖、胡椒粉、和清水,用小火焖煮20分钟,等到付皮卷软了之后,就可上桌了。
