辣椒酱炒米粉
家里冰箱有很多包装的辣椒酱,还有茄汁酱。心血来潮把全部整十包的酱汁全打开放入大碗,再加入酱青、胡椒粉、麻油、糖,最后加入滚水拌匀。把镬烧热后,先炒几粒鸡旦,放边备用,再把拌匀好的汁倒入镬里,等汁滚了之后再把浸软了米粉倒入,稍为拌匀之后再盖上盖子,转小火焖几分钟。最后把鸡旦和豆芽放入米粉中,焖多一下子就可盛盘了。记得米粉不要浸得太软,因为要让米粉吸收酱汁的味道。煮莱、做饭只要懂得灵活变通,不需很贵的食材,也可以煮出很好吃的佳肴。
