鸡肉包
今天第一次杆面皮做包子,把鸡肉块加了调味料之后放入冰箱,就开始揉面团了,这揉面团的过程比想像中的容易。开始我还很担心面团揉得不好,会浪费了馅料。我把佳卫叫进厨房帮我揉面团,把重点告诉他之后,就站在旁边看住他揉,小孩的力气大,没一下子就搓出了一个光滑、不沾手的面团。我想以后凡是要做包子,这揉面团的任务应该可以交给他了。
