金瓜面包
做了多次的白吐司面包、马玲薯面包,这一回换换口味,做一个金瓜面包。全部按照食谱上的做法,只是在蒸好金瓜泥时忘了去掉水份,结果打出来的面团软绵绵的,很沾手完全不能整形。在这种情况之下,为了不要浪费面团,只好尽力的抢救,加上大量的面包粉,用双手把面团揉到不沾手,后再照着Carol老师的甩法,把面团甩到可拉成薄模的程度。面团发酵得很大,不知道是不是因为搅打的太多的缘故。面包烘烤得很美,但是味道如何还不知道,因为烘好出来已经是午夜十二点了,赶快收拾一下,就去梦周公了。
