燒肉燜豆腐(紅燒豆腐)
媽媽把拜神后的燒肉送給我,我就把它拿來燜豆腐,其實這紅燒豆腐的煮法很簡易。只要準備好一只砂碢,碢燒熱后下少許油爆香姜片和蔥段,下紅羅卜片和香菇炒一炒后下少許蠔油,接著把炸好的豆干和燒肉塊放入炒一炒,最后倒入半杯的高湯,蓋上碢蓋,轉中小火燜煮十分鐘后勾一點薄芡,等湯汁滾之后,馬上熄火就可以品嘗了。除了豆干,也可以改成豆腐和蝦之類的食物。其實這道菜餚可以有很多変化,很适合老人和小孩,總而言之是一道老少咸宜的菜餚。
