乳牛图文旦糕卷(swiss roll)
今天很想做旦糕,选来选去,就决定做网络上很流行的有图案的旦糕卷,其实我不喜欢吃旦糕卷,只是好奇想做面已。参考了很多食谱,也到网上寻找资料,起初觉得程式很多,很乱,但是我觉得只要一步一步照着食谱走,还是可以的。把旦糕体烘好之后,冷却之后涂上果酱,我觉得要把旦糕卷起比较考功夫,虽然之前有去上过蛋糕卷的课程,但在卷时还是有一些裂痕也卷得不漂亮。但是这个旦糕卷的味道很好,旦糕很软很细,放入嘴里的口感是软绵绵的,
这个旦糕卷(swiss roll)有一些裂痕,所以切得不美。
