黑木耳炒鸡腿肉
今早从巴刹买了两只去骨的鸡腿肉,本想拿来做香煎鸡腿,但又怕吃了太热气。看到厨房有一大包的黑木耳,所以这一道黑木耳炒鸡腿肉就诞生了。这一道菜肴最重要的是要把黑木耳焖软,汁的味道要够浓郁,再配上一碗热腾腾的白米饭,真的是好吃。
材料:去骨鸡腿两只切块状、黑木耳几朵(去蒂头后浸水)、姜丝.
做法:
a)热镬后下油爆香姜丝。
b)把黑木耳放入和少许蚝油一起炒。
c)再把鸡腿肉放下去炒,最后下酱青、糖、胡椒粉、少许黑酱油和清水。
d)盖上镬盖,转小火焖煮到黑木耳软试下味道,就可盛盘了。
