布朗尼蛋糕(Walnut Brownie )
这是一个很容易做的蛋糕,没有用打蛋器,也没用到鸡蛋、牛油和香精。只要把全部材料混合拌匀,就可送进烘炉了。把烘好的蛋糕放隔一夜,会更加的可口。
材料:葡萄籽油140g 细砂糖220g 我减糖用165g 牛奶320g
小苏打粉 2g 核桃 100g 盐 4g 高粉 200g 可可粉 30g 葡萄干100g
做法:1)把全部粉类和其他材料筛入大盆里拌匀,最后再把烘香的核桃和浸过兰姆酒的葡萄干放入搅拌均匀。
2)拌匀后,把面糊倒入烤盘中,用上下火200度,烤30至35分钟即可。
