芝士千层糕 (Kueh Lapis)
以前对烘焙没兴趣时,每逢经过蛋糕店时,看到千层糕的价钱时,都会觉得很贵。但吃到千层糕时都会赞不绝口,也往往都在想这么多层,那里有可能一层一层的烘烤,没错,今天这个千层糕,我就是一层层的烘出来的。从开始淮备材料到一层一层的烘烤,全部十八层,总共花了我三个多钟。每一层烘的时间是八分钟,十八层总共是一百四十四分钟,也就是大约二个半钟头。所以今天自己在烘烤这千层糕时,才知道为什么一小片的千层糕价钱这样贵,因为是要付出很多的时间和耐心。
