湿润的巧克力旦糕
曾经做过 Moist chocolate,是把巧克力糊拿去蒸,今天这个蛋糕是烘的,口感完全不同,前者湿润松软,后者旦糕体很扎实,如没淋上巧克力酱,会有点干,要做这个蛋糕巳经很久,拖到今天终于完成了 。
