炒生面
买了一包云吞面巳有几天了,今天赶紧拿来煮一煮,把材料:蟹条、鲜虾、菜心、香肠,全都处理好之后,再把云吞面用热水川烫之后,用热油煎到2面金黄香脆。另一边用蒜蓉和鸡高汤把全部材料煮好之后,打入两粒旦花,勾一点薄茨,趁热淋在面上,味道和外面煮炒摊的一样好吃。忘了说明,煮鸡高汤时,记得下一汤匙蚝油、和少许胡椒粉就可以了。
