Pandan Chiffon cake(班兰旦糕)
Chiffon cake 是旦糕里最基本的旦糕,每当经过旦糕店,你总会嗅到一阵清香的班兰香味,但是市面上的班兰旦糕,多数是下香精和颜色,但我这个旦糕完全没有下香精和青色素,我用班兰叶搅拌后取汁,虽然香味不如市面上卖的,但是吃时会比较 健康,今天就开始行动吧,烘一个Pandan旦糕,泡杯咖啡和家人享受一个快乐的假日。
