制作五香
我很喜欢吃五香,但是有一种五香在潮洲酒楼才吃得到的叫做肝花,作法跟五香有些相似,但材料略有不同,肝花用的是猪肝、鸭肝和鹅肝还有鸡肝,沾上甜的黑酱油,就如我老公说的天下无敌,非常的好吃,还有另一间餐馆,叫做报喜,它的五香也非常好吃,我们家人都赞不绝口,所以当我从食谱上看到五香,我常常都会试着做,但是自己做的到底还是没外面卖的好吃。今天做这一道五香,用的材料很简单,只是猪肉和大葱,包成小条后,拿去蒸熟,等待凉后,才去炸。味道很不错。
