白果腐竹糖水
最近的天气很难捉摸,一下子艳扬高照,突然就倾盆大雨,家里大大小小都病了,看了医生吃了药也不能痊愈。每个人都口乾舌燥,鼻涕和痰没完没了的弄的大家都没胃口。这几天都吃得很清淡,白粥和小菜,鱼园面汤就是我们这几天的食物。今天比较有胃口,很想吃甜品,所以打起精神煮了这道白果腐竹糖水,另外我还加了一些薏仁,让汤水更有味道。
材料:
白果去壳剖开,去掉中间的心
干的 腐竹几片(要买煮糖水的),浸泡在水里到软
冰糖几块,甜度随意
薏米手抓一把(不可用中国薏米), 洗净后放边待用
香兰叶数片洗净后打结
鸡旦两粒,稍为打散
做法:
1) 准备一个锅,装入一半的清水,放入香兰叶和薏米去煮滚。
2)后放入白果和浸软的腐竹,转中小火煮到白果软。
3)然后放入冰糖,最后加入打散的蛋液,稍滚就可熄火了。
4)这糖水冷和热都很好吃。
