三文鱼炒饭与水煮西兰花
在Giant买了一尾三文鱼,把鱼肉切成粒状,再加上鸡蛋和kikoman酱青,炒了一盘三文鱼炒饭。再把西兰花和红罗卜川烫一下,让孩子们可配着炒钣吃,可惜这盘菜不怎么受欢迎,反而炒饭一扫而空,为了孩子们的健康,每一餐我都一定要有菜,但是孩子们始终不明白妈妈的用心,什至还埋怨为什么每天都要吃菜呢?为什麽不能吃煎炸的食物?为什么不能喝汽水?为什麽一直叫我吃水果?这一连串的为什么?我想可能要他(她)们成为父母亲之后,就能找到答案了。
