马玲薯焖鸡腿肉
我很喜欢孩子们吃家里煮的钣菜,只需要煮一至两道菜肴,配上白饭,就是菅养的一餐了,把马玲薯去皮切滚刀法后拿去煎成金黄色,再把鸡腿去骨,切块,用酱青胡椒粉、麻油、蜀粉腌上半个钟头,再爆香一点蒜蓉,把鸡腿肉下去炒一炒,后把煎好的马铃薯放下去一起炒,加上一些糖,放上半碗的热水,转小火焖到马玲薯软就可盛盘上桌了。建议放多一点汤汁,让孩子们淋在白饭上,保证让孩子们胃口大开。
