吐司面包
这个吐司面包我有加一点巧克力粉,所以不是白吐司。
这个面包很酥软,必须等到凉了才可切,要不会切得很难看。
我用kenwood Bm250的面包机做了一粒吐司面包,用4号的程式花了3:17分钟烘出一粒皮脆内软的吐司面包。这面包机真的是好用,不论是烘一整粒面包或打面团,都会让你非常满意。这一粒吐司烘出来之后,我把它切成九片,分几片给妈妈,几片给Ah kor ,几片给Keli,一下子就搞掂了整粒面包。我喜欢烘面包,也喜欢做蛋糕,但是做好全都送人,只因为Charlie 和孩子都不大喜欢吃面包和蛋糕。
