OREO YOGHURT CHEESE CAKE (OREO 乳酸芝士蛋糕)
打开冰箱看到还剩下一条Cream Cheese,就找了食谱,做了这个芝士旦糕,我把份量都减半,因为只打算烘一个小蛋糕,怕吃不完浪费。虽然烘好的蛋糕外型不是很美,但还好味道不错。太久没烘焙,还真的有点手忙脚乱,但至少没半途放弃。希望接下来能把烘焙的兴趣再找回来,继续烘出可口的蛋糕。
底层
160克 Oreo 饼乾屑
60 克溶化牛油
芝士馅
450克Cream Cheese
100克细砂糖
3粒鸡蛋
120克乳酸
1大匙酸柑汁
1大匙栗粉
80克Oreo 饼乾 (切碎)
做法:
1.底层:
将所有材料拌匀,紧压在一个7寸烤盘。
2芝士馅: 将Cream Cheese和砂糖搅拌至软滑,然后将鸡蛋逐粒加入,搅匀。
3.加入Yoghurt(乳酸)、酸柑汁和栗粉,后加入饼乾碎拌匀。最后把芝士馅倒入烤盘,放入预热烤箱以170度烘约45--50分钟或至熟,取出待凉后放入冰箱冷藏。
