香味炸鸡
买了一只鸡,原本是要煮药材鸡,但因为药材包放的太久了,怕煮出来的味道会跑味,所以只好拿来做炸鸡。炸鸡的做法有很多种,我觉得最简易的方法就是把鸡块或鸡翼洗净之后,如果喜欢有酒味的,可以倒入少许的酒在鸡肉里,放入冰箱1到2天,要吃时沾上鸡粉后入热油中炸到金黄色就可以了。如果不喜欢酒味,就直接沾上鸡粉放入油镬里炸到香脆,味道非常的可口。
