自制咸旦
好久没有写Blog了,今天很想介绍一个简单制做咸旦的食谱,那是我在一个网站看到的,觉得很不错,所以就试试看,材料很简单,那是鸡旦、盐、和清水。把盐和清水煮滚,盐溶解后放到完全凉后,拿一个玻璃容器,把鸡旦洗干净后放入容器里,再把刚才放凉的盐水倒进容器里,把盖关紧,放在阴凉处30至40天就可以拿出来煮熟吃。咸旦不可常吃,但如果有时口舌很淡,没什么胃口时,用白粥配咸旦或咸菜也蛮可口的。
