虾米蚝油炒四季豆
这道菜是我家饭桌上最受欢迎的菜肴,凡煮这道菜,白饭一定要煮比平时多一些,因为真得很好吃。现我把材科和煮法写下,希望有兴趣的朋友可以试一下煮给家人吃。
材料很简单只是:四季豆、蒜蓉三、四粒剁碎,虾米一把剁碎。
煮法是:把蒜蓉和剁碎的虾米(开阳)放在油镬里炒到香味出来,再倒入切好的四季豆,炒均之后,转中小火,盖上镬盖,焖到四季豆八分软,后加入蚝油、一点酱青、胡椒粉、糖少许,一些清水,稍炒一下子,再盖上镬盖,焖煮几分钟后,试下味道,就可盛盘了。
