旦饺(旦包肉)
新年期间吃了太多的煎炸食物,还有瓜子、黄梨挞之类的年饼,总觉得口乾舌燥,所以很想煮些清淡或汤类的食物。我把江鱼仔和黄豆、玉蜀黍煮成一锅汤,再把肉碎、鱼浆、虾粒、少许糖拌均。再打散几粒鸡旦,准备一个平底镬,油热后,下一汤匙旦液,再放入半汤匙的肉浆,用Turner轻轻往中间折进去成对半,就形成一个旦饺。把全部的肉浆包完,放入煮好的江鱼仔汤里(江鱼仔和黄豆要捞起),再下一些青菜和冬粉丝,稍者一下就可以吃了,味道很鲜甜。
