怀旧蛋糕(草莓牛油霜蛋糕)
记得在70年代,凡是结婚送礼饼或孩子弥月之喜,收到的蛋糕多是这一类一块块,你我都熟悉的怀旧蛋糕。很喜欢吃这蛋糕,看到涂满五颜六色,又是花朵又是叶子,还有红红遮哩装饰的牛油蛋糕时还真是喜欢。但是随着时代的变迁,社会越来越进步,很多东西都改变了,现在的结婚蛋糕越来越漂亮,越来越精致了。这一类老式的块状蛋糕,很多蛋糕店都不做了,都淘汰了,如果到旧组屋的邻里蛋糕店找一找,或许还能找到一或二间店在卖。今天试做这牛油蛋糕,也不管它热量高,卡路里多或少,只为了重温一下旧梦和回味儿时的口味。
