海参肉包
潮洲菜馆有一道菜肴叫着荷包海参,味道独特,制作过程不容易,价格可也不便宜,一小盘可要$30.00,在一般餐馆也很少有这一道菜,身为潮洲人的Charlie非常喜欢吃荷包海参,刚巧妈妈送我一包小海参,我就想自己试着煮,因为是第一次学煮,有点担心诲参和肉躁分开,辛亏一切顺利,因为是焖煮的关系,所以火候不能太大,才能把味道焖出来,所谓慢工出细货。把煮好的海参肉包盛出来,摆在盘里,放在桌上,请来Charlie让他尝一尝,问他味道如何?他赞不绝口,让我先前的忧虑一扫而空。
