炒粿条面
小时候去买炒粿条,一定会从家里带一粒鸡蛋去,那小贩也会很自然的帮你加入面里,也没另外加费。其实炒粿条用猪油、鲜蛤、腊肠、加多一粒旦,加上火候,真的是美味又好吃。可是现在的人非常讲究健康,在少油、不要蛤的情况之下,所煮出来的食物已经没有这样的够味了。我也很少吃外面卖的炒粿条,多数都是在家自己炒,也没用猪油,也没鲜蛤,用的是橄栏油、鸡蛋、鱼饼、豆芽和少许的黑甜酱、鸡汤、蒜蓉,也可以炒出一盘香喷喷的粿条面。其实为了健康,有时侯味道稍为淡一些,也末必是不好的。
