茶燻鸡
我常在电视上看美食节目或在食谱上看到茶叶燻鸡这道菜,我非常想做来吃,这道鸡的做法是要腌约7至8个小时,后耍用黑糖、茶叶、面粉、白糖去燻至白烟变成黄烟,鸡肉呈金黄色就可以了。但是我想我不会再做这道鸡了,因为味道不是我想像中的好,但有一点值得一提的是肉质非常鲜美,滋润滑嫩。这道菜或许别人做的好吃,也许每个人的煮法不一样,所以我不想把自己的想法和煮法当成是正确的,这只是我个人的看法。
