蒸鸡旦糕
每当走过组屋区的传统糕饼店,对店里摆设的五颜六色的娘惹糕、发糕、软糕、老婆饼、鸡旦糕和各种各样的糕点,都非常佩服糕点师傅的手艺。师傅们能把糕点弄得又美观又好吃,真的不容易。今天从食镨里看到这个简单又易做的蒸鸡旦糕,也蒸了一盘试试味道,从中才能体会到真的不容易,自己蒸的鸡旦糕没有像外面买的香和软。蒸一盘鸡旦糕,看很简单,可里面的功夫可大了。
